Time for a quick update. I "deloaded" a little last week... skipped a day or two of workouts and went to the beach for the weekend. Had a great time. Probably only did a third of the volume as a normal workout week, but i'm back at it full force. I did drop weights a bit to work back up through to where i was and beyond

Haha. I love it man! Its the only way i get cardio. I wont do any low intensity stuff. So, i play racquetball or work the sled or prowler...
