Went in feeling beat up and worn out, but pulled through pretty good. My low back is still tender from something last week, and i'm hopeing i can do something on squats tomorrow... guess we'll see

Solid workout! Glad to see i have an easy 365 in me already, but not going to move my target weight up (350) until i can with solid form...
