Haha. Well... what can i say?

I'm alternating heavy and light weeks on miked96's squat program... last time i ran 2 weeks heavy, 1 week light and eventually burned out. So trying 1 and 1 this time. (Light week still peaks out at 90% for a couple singles, so i'll still be moving a little weight as the week progresses)
