7-31-12 AM

Sled session- 90 lb throughout

70 yd rowes
70 yd forward drags
35 yd curls
35 yd chest press
70 yd forward drags
70 yd backwards drags

Awesomeness! Just used the handles today. Sled was only 6' benhind me or so. May put a short (3' or so) extension piece on the sled and do it like that from now on. Was much simpler and could squeeze another 5 yards each way out of the back yard by using a shorter rope. The sled was all over my ankles during the chest press. Lol.
