Squats- belt and sleeves

Deads- belt and sleeves

325x1 x 3 sets

Pulled deads a lot different tonight and it cut my weight WAY down, but it felt like how i need to pull. I normally pull with all low back, but tonight was total posterior chain. I'm sure it'll take a while to build up this way, but just like my squats, i dont want ro repeat my past mistakes of pulling at all costs.

I had the same issue, my glutes were the weak point for me.

Definately! Pulling the slack out, getting tiight, and getting my weight behind the bar. I'm normally over the bar and my low back tends to round when i just pull with all i have.

Today, my low back barely feels like its been worked. Normally, its all that gets sore from pulling.

Its hard to leave my ego out of it though. I'm a lot stronger just pulling the crap out of it. Lol. But this will be better in the long run...

Ready to kick start the gym week... yesterday, i took down a ton of spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, and chocolate cake with ice cream... then more cake and ice cream, then a bunch of popcorn and cherry coke with some sour patch kids at the movies. feeling recovered... got an adjustment yesterday too, so i'm ready to smash it tonight!!!
