Bought a 75' section of decently thick rope rated at 365 lb tension. Got creative and made a bunch of stuff to work the sled with. Made about a 10' section with a loop on each end- Poor man's blast straps
Sled work- 90 lb used throughout.
20 reps bench
10 reps curls
20 reps rowes
25 yards hand over hand- standing still
30 yards rowes
25 yards hand over hand- standing still.
30 yards regular sled pull.
Drenchd in sweat!
I forsee myself having a lot of fun with this
