DB OHPress (weight p/DB)
10 reps @ 5 kgs - warmup
8 reps @ 12.5 kgs
7 reps @ 12.5 kgs

Seated rows
8 reps @ 70 kgs PR

12 reps @ 65 kgs PR

Bench press (flat)
3 reps @ 60 kgs PR

Hammer curls (weight p/DB)
