Getting back into the swing of things with some pretty light weights. I have all intentions of being back up to my typical weights in several weeks, but my plan is to really take my time and keep myself healthy.

Unfortunately, my heel has not recovered from my longboard crash, so I have not been able to test out my hip on squats, nor am I able to deadlift. My next session is Wednesday, so we'll see how things go.

Thanks LtL, me too. The wifey was doing some deads yesterday. I didn't pay that much attention to what numbers she was using, but I will have her log going again. As always.
