Oh, it was epic. My wife and I just spent about an hour and a half at the buffet. Obviously not eating the whole time, lol. We actually did what we usually do; talked about nutrition. It's always funny to talk about health and nutrition as I dive into my second pizza.

Now I'm very, very sleepy. I'll probably go to bed before 10 tonight. I actually feel a little drunk, which is new. My head is kind of spinning. I think the reason I'm having a more intense reaction to the carbs this time is because I had a couple glasses or root beer with dinner. I NEVER have regular soda, so my body is probalby like "What the hell is this crap!?"

2 more rest days, then I'm gonna destroy my legs. They aren't going to know what hit them.

I don't know if it'll ever completely go away. I'm going on 8 years now as a normal sized person, but I still imagine myself differently than what I see in the mirror.

Today's post carb-up morning bodyweight- 206.4

That's 2.2lb less than my last post-carb up bodyweight, which is perfect. I've never been able to lose over 2lb a week while already being so lean, so this diet is most definitely working.

I've got it down to a science now. One afternoon of carbs per week which includes one large carb and fat-heavy meal and a couple smaller snacks. The rest of the week is less than 30g carbs per day, and I fast on weekdays until I get off work.

Simple. Not easy, but simple.

I've been inspired to try a pull/push split for my next 4 week mini-cycle. I'll be doing a pull day This saturday since I've been added to the team challenge and the current challenge is dumbell rows. My goal is to do 100 reps on the dumbell rows with 85's in 5 minutes.

I'm going to see if I can pull 365. That would be an all-time PR for me on deads, and a good starting point for my long-term goal of a 2.5xbw pull.

Today's bodyweight- 205.8

The day after my carb up I'm always hungry as hell. Combine that with the fact that I didn't train yesterday and it all adds up to no real weight lost, which is fine. I'm already within 4 lbs. of my goal for the week, so if I lose 1lb during the weekend then 1+lb/day next week I'll easily make my goal.
