So this past Monday I tweaked my back and still did my leg day that same day, well it ended up killing me all week. On top of that I basically ended up getting strep on top of that! So needless to say diet was pure crap, either I couldn't eat from pain or I just ate crap like ice cream because it actually felt good. Training and diet resume tomorrow!

Picked them both up pretty cheap from an elderly couple, going to be sooo nice with heat in the garage this winter!
