Thanks Hazzard; going to be continuing the KB work throughout the day, so there will be more volume, may get some other exercises in there as well. Hubby is going to relax on the PS3, though I'm restricting his games to the less stressful ones, at the moment; thankfully, he understands why, after he had a bad day last week with NFS: The Run which was too demanding.

I'm just adding to the workout as the day goes on, an easy, painless way to get the volume in. I'll update that post throughout the day.

Thanks Steve Had a great night's sleep, hoping for a third day in a row and will be bringing the bedtime forward by another 30 minutes...it's trying to work out when the meds cease irritating the system to allow hubby to lie still, any time prior to that is pointless for even attempting to sleep.
