That left arm's still not strong enough to get that 20kg up there one day, though


Exactly where I was around just over a month ago, according to my records, with no KB training since; so all in all, very good.

Yeah, it's irritating...next time, I might go left arm first; it may be that after having done the right side, the left side is then left with less energy (overall) and since it may be technically weaker than the right as well that won't help.

I have a stubborn right leg, its smaller and weaker, which is weird as I'm right hand dominant...

Nice session though babs, staying at the same strength after not traing that way for a month is as good as progression

I don't see much of a strength loss as long as I remain active. Until about 3 weeks of not lifting, of course.

And, IMO, there's also the theory that a percentage of the lift-total lies within the technique, because as we get used to a lift (technique wise) the lift gets "easier". Just a theory though.
