Congrats on the PRs. The deadlift was the only thing I had on you . That total is getting really impressive.

You're in Reading, right? I'll have to pop over some time. It'sa pity that it's just that bit too far for a weekend jaunt (plus every single time I go there I get lost).

04/03/12

I taught one of my friends on the course how to squat and I thought I'd do a little shoulder work-out in between her sets. Not great, but nice to get a little workout in.

Push Press
20x10x2 sets
60x5x2 sets
80x3x2 sets
100x1
110x0x2 sets - YES, go me!

Somewhat of a fail, so dropped the weight and hit some strict presses.

Pretty tough, but short little session. Bring on squats tomorrow.
