Thanks guys, putting together a string of excellent sessions now but being careful not to push the envelope too much. I'd say 3-5 singles for rack pulls @ knee height would be a good substitute. I'll give it a crack on Friday.

These were harder than the deads! Weights was obviously fine but man do I need these 10 rep sets for better conditioning

Decline crunches + 15kg

Held the plate arms aloft. Makes a BIG difference.

Bench tomorrow, eyeing a PR, 97.5x5 would do nicely on the final set.
