Wednesday 29 February
Normally I take Wednesday off but as I am back from a few days out, I decided to go in. For some odd reason, it is filled with wankers on Wednesdays and I soon remembered why I chose it as my off day in the first place!
So, I got the liquid chalk and it was a good/bad news scenario. The bad is that it makes more of a mess than I thought (still not bad mind) and I overheard a few of the aforementioned wankers whining about me getting specks (and I mean SPECKS) of chalk on the floor. I cleaned it up though the bar itself now has chalk residue (oh no, now people will have a slightly better grip on the bar but they may get some chalk on their hands boo hoo). The owner was on duty and didn't say anything but I should probably have asked first Anyways, I will talk to one of the staff tomorrow and find out what's the story.

The good news is below

160x1 Applied chalk for this rep and absolutely smashed it. Made me confident so...

Nailed the bastard! The bar felt stuck to my hands and I crushed it. Felt like another 5kg was there but I went to the bathroom and washed off the chalk and cleaned up the area.

130kg: 5 x trebles
Hands still a bit sticky which made these reps easy.

Pendlay Rows

Why do people give me funny looks when I do rows from the floor?

1 Arm Rows
Decided to do a little volume so shot for 30 reps in total
37.5kg: 8,9,7,6

Abs
Side bends 32.5Kg: 3 x 10 - Need to watch these giant obliques

Leg raise from floor

Here's hoping I don't get barred from the gym!!!
