Tried some speed work. Later sets felt faster.

Just playing around with these.

Been a while since I did these. They felt like paperweights to be honest.

Hammer Curls

Again, just nice and light.

Tomorrow I am going to do some heavy bench I think maybe supplemented with BTNP and weighted dips, we'll see how it goes. I'm thinking a few sets of heavy triples @ 90% 1RM if possible for the bench.
