Thanks guys. Perhaps for 2013 I can make a resolution to not hate leg day.

Cycle 1 Week 2 Legs Strength
Sun 15 Dec

Weighted 187.8 this morning. The lightest I have been since 2009 I think. I now definitely need to add additional notches to the weight belt, the last notch is too bloody loose!

Squats
115kg: 6 sets of 2. Depressing to be so far from my best of 127.5x5. At least I am driving up better and learning how to grind out squat reps again.

Good Mornings
60kg: 3 x 10

Leg Press
200kg: 3 x 10 - These tired me a lot!

Leg Extenstion
Pin 14: 3 x 10

Leg Curls
Pin 9: 3 x 10

Standing Calf Raises
Pin 12: 3 x 15

Plank
3 x 40 seconds

Managed to injure my hand shopping. A minor sprain of some sort, hope it doesn't mess up my benching on Tuesday.

Honestly , you really need to let this go , you are beating yourself up every leg day.
How can you be looking forward if you are always looking back to that leg day ?

Keep putting in the solid work that you are doing and good things will come.
