Everyday cant be A+ unfortunately..

We all have days where we feel like crap and the session stinks but the important thing is getting back in there and hitting it harder than ever for the next session.

As said by all above, You've been killing it lately and your progress has been second to none!

Keep crushing it!

Thanks everyone! I've found that my push/leg days are utter crap more often than not while my pull days are pretty solid. Went in early today as I finished up work and I wanted to get things done this afternoon in preparation for tomorrow. I might not be in the gym again till next Tuesday unless I can sneak a session in Galway with one of my mates.

Thursday September 11
Pull Ups
5, 5, 5 = 15 reps +1 on last week

Deadlifts
152.5x3
162.5x2
172.5x1
162.5x2
152.5x3
Couldn't believe how easy 172.5kg was today. No grind whatsoever, straight up without any pause. Even more strange was that every other set barring #1 was a grinder

1 Arm Row
42.5kg, 8, 6, 6 = 20 reps

1 arm Machine Row of some sort
30kg: 3 x 8

Today was back day in the gym and every single rowing machine was taken. I nabbed the first one I could!

Lat Pulldown
110kg: 8, 7, 7 = 22 reps
Again, 110kg is misleading but it's pin 11 and each pin is meant to be 10kg.

Hammer Curls
20kg: 12, 10, 8 = 30 reps

Decline Sit-Ups B/W
15, 15, 12

HAHA! Good one Mark!

WIcked deadlifting as usual, and I gotta say for a bad day the other day, that's still some darn good work.

Enjoy your trip, just not at the pub!

Thanks guys. Really enjoyed my time at home, the wife enjoyed the party I set up
Drank very little alcohol. Didn't eat as clean as I wanted but I stayed fairly solid. Got only one training session done and it was appallingly bad! Anyways, weighed myself this morning and I was 201.2lbs, exactly the same as 8 days previously. Considering holidays can add several pounds if you're not careful, I was not too upset. Hoping to be below 200 on Sunday

Monday 17 Sept
Chins - 30 rep total goal
6 sets of 5

Bench Press
40x5, 50x5, 60x3
67.5x5
77.5x5
87.5x7
Paused bench
90x1
92.5x1
95x1 - nice and easy. All sets were paused barring 87.5x7

Power Cleans
50x3, 60x3, 65x3
72.5x2, 80x1
72.5x2, 65x3
All reps nice and smooth.

Incline DB Press
30 rep goal
30kg: 8, 6, 6, 5, 5 = 30 reps, barely!

B/W Dips - 30 rep goal
8, 12, 10 = 30 reps

Decline Crunches - 50 rep goal
17, 18, 11 = 46 reps - just short

Cable Crossovers
Pin 3: 1 x 10, Pin 2: 2 x 10

Less exercises but more work
All of the above done in less than 50 minutes I think.
