Thanks guys! The pain continues! My triceps feel as if they have been stabbed
Did my first official weigh in and stand at 205.0 pounds. That's down 2.4 pounds from Tuesday so I quickly got rid of some of the holiday bloat. My midsection measurement (around my bellybutton as this is where I am chunkiest) was 97cm on Tuesday and is down to 95.5cm. It was 92cm a month ago 16 more weeks and we'll see where I am.

Sunday 26 August
Chins
7, 5, 3 = 15 reps

Pendlay Rows
70kg: 6, 7, 7 = 20 reps: can't believe how much these sucked

Power Cleans
75kg: 5 x singles - Decided that I want 10 singles in a week so 2 sessions of 5 is good.

Power Shrugs
150kg: 3 x 5

Machine Row
30kg: 3 x 8 = 24 reps

1 Arm DB row
35kg: 3 x 8 = 24 reps

1 arm DB curls
15kg: 3 x 8 = 24 reps

Reverse straight bar curls
20kg: 3 x8 = 24 reps - Went very light as I suck at this and my arms were knackered.

Woodchop
10kg: 2 x 10, 1 x 8

Weighted decline crunch
15kg: 3 x 12

That's the attitude. Take your time and still shoot for PRs each week or thereabouts.

You can go the fast route but for larger weight losses it tends to become more of a psychological battle as you start to lose strength.

Looks like your diet is on a good track. Curious to see how the next 2 weeks go.

Lot of quality upper back work in that session, can't beat that.
