Thanks a lot guys, your support means a lot. Heading off today so I'll probably not be around for a couple of weeks on here. Today was another good day.

Squat
40x5
60x5
80x3
100x2
110x1
120x1
132.5 (292) x 1
145(319) x 1 PR
I have a tendency to lean too far forward on the PR attempts but depth was good and it wasn't all that hard considering it was my heaviest ever. I do think 150kg is there for me. Some guy was watching and told me never to squat heavy alone because I was leaning too far forward. I explained that I had the safety bars and had experience in dumping a weight. He did state that I squatted deep
I don't know if the forward 'good morning' lean is normal in a very heavy squat. Only for that, I would have went for 150 but decided not to chance my arm since I am flying today. My 132.5kg was upright so I just need to put more focus as I do think it will add 5-10kg at least.

Bench
40x5
60x5
70x3
82.5x2
95x1
102.5x1
107.5x1
115x0 - Used a spotter and he gave me unwanted help so it doesn't count. He claims I did the rep but I know I didn't
100x1 - paused
102.5x1
105x1
107.5x1
90x8

Row
60x5
70x5
80x6

RDL
110x5
120x5
125(275) x5

Double Hammer curl
22.5x5
20x6
20x6

Chins - 5,5,4

See you guys in a few weeks

Congrats. Just keep those elbows from flying up during the concentric and that's half the battle.

Have fun!

I don't think it's terribly unusual for things to go to shit on a max effort. It will happen less and less as you get stronger (hopefully).
