Thanks Prof. I'd love to hit my current 1RM's for 5 reps by the end of 2012.
So 25kg to go for squats,
30kg for deads,
15kg for bench
Maybe 12.5kg more for strict press.
Would also be nice to clean and push press my own BW (currently 93kg).

Been eating a tad more (maybe 300 calories a day on average) recently and felt stronger.

Extra session today. Barring the 115, all else felt heavy. 120 descent was too slow to be fair.

80kg felt better than 65kg!

Hammer Curls
22.5x8 - 3 sets

Leg raise lying on bench
3 x 12

10 x 1.5 flights of stairs sprints
