Don't worry about that one session to much, trust me we all have those days. They happen, and you are better then most for sticking through the entire session.

Higher rep deadlifts do kill your lungs, but I feel once you start progressing with them you 1rm will start to fly!

Deads and Cleans sound just as tough as squats if you ask me. Nice session.

Cheers!
You're an expert at high rep awesomeness though!

Thanks Mate. Yes, my 5RM for the exercises are :
115x5 squat
97.5x5 bench
150x5 Deads
55-57.5x5 Strict press
82.5x5 Row (I think)

So I am aiming to equal all of them on Week 4 and stretch beyond that. I have 4 weeks after that before I go to the States so I will hopefully have added 5-10kg on each 5RM. I'll reset and go again when I get back and drag what I can from it.

Sunday 24 June
I've decided on a Tues, Thurs, Sat split so I'm back in on Tuesday.

Squat
60x5
70x5
80x5
90x5
105x3
80x8
Oh lord deliver me from squat suckiness!

Bench
50x5
60x5
70x5
80x5
92.5x3
70x8
All paused reps barring the heavy triple.

Rows
40x5
47.5x5
60x5
67.5x5
75x3
60x8
60kg and up were Pendlay Rows

Leg Press
150x5
180x8
180x8 - Need some leg accessory work.

EZ Curl
37.5x8
37.5x8

Pull ups B/W
4, 4, 3

Weighted Crunches + 20kg
2 x 15

Side Bends + 27.5kg
2 x 12

20 flights of stairs when I got home.

Thanks Steve. I am going to Hobart, Indiana as that is where my mate is getting married as his soon to be missus is from there. Hoping to go in and around there and perhaps even go to Chicago as it's about 90 minutes from Hobart and is also where we land and take off from.

That's right. Close, but not close enough.
