Thanks Guys. I wouldn't call it epic but hopefully it will be in 100 more pages!

Saturday 9 June
Calf Raises
Pin 10: 3 x 12 - Used as warm up with squats.

Squats
40x5
60x5
72.5x5
82.5x4
92.5x3
102.5x2
110x1
117.5x1
125(275) x 1 - Was about parallel on playback but that's annoying as it should really be deeper. Other than that, it was a comfortable top single.

Good Mornings
67.5x5
77.5x5
87.5 (193) x5 - PR

B/W Chins
6, 5 - Meant to be 2x5 but did 6 easy reps.

Serratus Crunch with 25kg plate - 2 x 12

Russian Twist with 10kg - 2 x 12

10 minute warm down climbing stairs in apartment block.

Thanks guys, I've actually hit parallel (and just below) for over 300 on 2 occasions but hoping to make it a regular occurrence.

Sunday 10 June
Clean and Push Press
50x5
55x4
60x3
65x2
70x1
75x1
80 (176) x1
60x5
60x5
All reps were individually clean and then press barring the last 2 sets which were presses. 75kg went up like a feather. 80kg was fine too.

Pendlay Row
60x5
72.5x5
77.5x5
82.5(182) x 5

Close Grip bench
62.5x5
72.5x5
82.5 (182) x 5

Supersetted with
Hammer Curls
22.5x5
22.5x5
22.5x5

Monday 11 June
squat
60x5 - Paused
70x5 - paused
90x2
105x1
115x1
120x1
100x2
105x2
110x2
Experimenting with squats, trying 3-5 days a week with minimal volume but decent weights. Today was very decent.

paused Bench Press
60x5
60x5
70x3
80x2
90x1
95x1
95x1
100 (220) x 1 -Paused PR. Felt rather good but decided to shut it down here.

Paused Strict OHP
40x5
45x5
50x5

Pull ups B/W: 5, 3

Both days I did 15-20 flights of stairs in my apartment block before and after sessions for cardio. Both workouts took less than 40 minutes and I enjoyed them both immensely. Enjoying my lifting right now even though I'm not making huge strides. I just like having iron in my hands or on my back!
