Forgot to add in OP that the meet I'm training for was a push/pull. the SSB is humbling all by itself, throw in a pause, and it brutal! all in all, a great session!! speed pulls felt fantastic! will get some vids up when I have enough posts

okay, I blew off Fridays session and I ate, I ate like a pig for three days straight!! Would have pigged out again today but i had to work.


week 7
Mon Sept 5
paused SSB squats:220+10x5,5
sumo speed squats:275x3,3,3
db 1 arm swings: 90x10,10
asst work

overall good workout, started out slow and sluggish but things turned around real quick. thats what i get for binge eating! lol
two weeks left of comp training
