Don't be too hard on yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day, but if you keep doing chins and pull ups after deads, you will have a back that many envy.

Still a good session hombre. If those rows are bugging you don't hesitate to swap in something like DB rows that are a bit easier on the lower back.

Yep; and like I wrote to you at M&S you can always superset the Rows with your Benches. Saves time, the pump helps the lat thrust for the bench and it still leaves you relatively fresh for Squats. Benches supersetted with DB Rows or Cable Rows would work fine.

77...you squat form generally looks real good. The only criticism I have is that you thrust your hips back before you descend. This can cause you to lean forward. Everything looks really good. Keep the hip movement natural. I think this will help relieve pressure on your lower back.

Right now you are form-locking yourself, meaning you're thinking too much. Somewhere along the line you picked up the notion that you have to thrust your hips back and are exaggerating this to the point where it's creating a form flaw. You do want to break at the waist/hips, but try to keep it natural as you squat, not forced and before you squat.

Keep it natural feeling.
