Default Back on Track

Started school this week and had a pretty screwed schedule at work, so things were iffy at the beginning of the week. Was able to work some stuff out so I could have the morning off to lift and do some homework before my weekend of working. Part of this "deal" was unloading the truck last night at work. Did a two man job by myself and was able to finish it in 3/4 of the time it usually takes. I was pretty smoked after that and definitely felt it today.

First round of benching went fine. Just a good pace and busted them out.

Squats were ok. Knee started to act up a bit on the last set, no pain, just discomfort.

Second round of benching was kind of a grinder. Not a huge fan of high reps but these were fine.

That was it. Didn't really have the energy to do the assistance work (it wasn't much though, just GMs). Felt fine today, kinda felt heavy though as I haven't lifting since Mon. But back on track now.

Solid work. Stick with it, it's hard but Sheiko will dial in your squat technique like nothing else.

To be completely honest, I crashed and burned on this. Between work and school I hardly had time to lift and it can in the food I needed. I am actually really disappointed that I just couldn't physically stick with it, but right school is my priority, as I am trying to get into a very competitive co-op. I have been lifting as per Pavel's PTTP as of right now, because it takes almost nothing out of me and I can fit it in when I have time. 20 min it much easier to fit in than the 2.5 hour marathons I was going through.
