Default Jesse's Full Body Journey

After a disasterous Powerlifting cycle, I am going to a 3 day a week full body routine to give the body a chance to heal up from the accumulation of injuries...

Wide Grip Bench:
185x8
210x8
225x8

Bent Over Rows:
135x8
155x8
165x8

O/H Press:
135x2x8
145x8

EZ Curls:
95x3x8

Tricep Extensions:
135x8
155x2x8

Squats ATG: (Lower back and hip are killing me)
225x8
25x2x8

One legged Calf raises:
3x15

As much as I hate to admit it I feel old today, hopefully this routine will help me get back some enthusiasm and a bit of size..

I am curious as well...I am going to do 3 different workouts and play with the rep ranges...This will last 16 weeks and we will see if any progress is made..I took measurements and will take post routine measurements and see if there is any improvement...I am saddened by not being able to make it through but excited about new opportunites...
Weeks 1&2: 3 sets of 8
Weeks 3&4: 4 sets of 6
Week 5: 3 sets of 10
Weeks 6-10: 5 sets of 5
