Like how you are running these slightly different plans at the same time. Interesting to see whether these different rep ranges will work for the growth.

How are you finding the set up so far ? Enjoying only training 3x per week ?

I am starting at manageble weights right now...My hips and knees are still aching as well as my left elbow so I am going to take my time pushing it but overall it is nice to hit all bodyparts instead of just focusing on the 3 lifts.

Carl I figured byt giving myself 3 different routines that it would help alleviate boredom..I like the 3 times a week and am sore pretty much everywhere from being able to hit all muscle groups. I stole the rep ranges from Marvin Eder's workouts but just made up my own routine.

Sometimes I think we have the same brain. I couldn't do the same workout every day. After this powerlifting meet I'm just going to do whatever I feel like, pulling from a pool of exercises. Goal is a pull, squat and push each day with 1-2 accessory lifts.

Have a great weekend and don't hog all the fresh air, freedom and peace and quiet out there.
