High squats! I cast thee out!

Only kidding Mike, your 'high' squats are super deep compared to guys at almost every gym in the world! Great lifting again

Hey Big Time, I would be willing to bet those squats were debatable at worst. But I also noticed I am all of a sudden struggling with squats after that meet with you. I think it's that meet. Bad Juju.

On another note, did you come home with an extra wrist wrap? Somehow I lost one. Not so useful if you only have one.

You'll be crushing again soon. No worries.

Ever since the meet I have been a bit shaky on anything over 365.

That meet just wasn't really good for anyone with squats!

I havn't seen an extra wrap, but I'll double check just to make sure.
