Thanks Pull, and I plan on kicking some ass with a healed up shoulder next weekend!

3/24/12
20mins of jumping rope and some other interval type cardio. This week I'm going to limit carbs and rest as much as possible. It's going to be a very long and boring week without lifting, but hoping these 5 months of lifting will pay off soon.

Again just incase I don't get around to checking everyones log, I hope everyone does well and has a great week!

You're gonna make experienced lifters cry at the meet I'd imagine your strategy is something like getting a conservative opener under your belt before smashing everything to pieces? You'll do great regardless
