Notes: Actually had to warmup twice, after the first time had to be somewhere. Felt pretty good the second time through, felt pretty strong today just didn't have time to do everything I wanted.

First time I had sprinted in a long time. Have never been faster, but you could see that it had been awhile. After the first rep I felt great, after the 2nd or 3rd I was dying, and after the 5th one I wanted to puke. So all fun!

Still going strong mab. I haven't sprinted in over a year, I keep meaning to but I think I'd need an ambulance near by.

Steady gains as always! Bench is moving, always a good sign, but as for running....lol you can keep that!

Thanks J, hoping to get into the mid to high 300s by the end of the year. Running isn't bad once you can do it without having a minor heart attack after every lap!
