You write down that 545 deadlift was easy one more time and I'm gonna come to West Virginia and kick your butt (Or send someone who might actually have a chance of doing it!)

Great work and how do you know you've hit exactly 1500 skips? Must be hard keeping track when the rope is speeding along like that. Or maybe it's just me and my old man brain that would suffer

What's your bodyweight right now MAB?

I'm impressed by how your deadlift strength is moving right along. I fully expect to see 700 withing a couple years.

Notes: Was really happy with deadlifts and would like to open my next meet with about 565, but we will see what time will tell.

Not going to complain about squats since I got 405 for 2 last week, but should have be a set of 8 just saying!

Havn't really done any cardio in a little over a week so jump rope really sucked, was going to do 2000 but started having cramps in side.
you are making some very serious progress mab ... awesome lifts ...

It was pretty easy! (OH SNAP)

With the 1500 skips I count by 20s and only about 100-200 at a time inbetween shrug sets.

My scale ran out of batteries right after the meet and I havn't been able to get a new one. But if I guessed I say 210ish since I have let my diet go a bit, but I'm back on track and going to maintain/cut a bit before the meet.

Thanks, but lets hit 600 first before we start thinking about 700!

I could take JB!

Thanks Jen, the one year mark was just hit in March. I had "lifted" weights before but mostly bro benching and curling when I used to box.

Thank you Ravi!

5/15/12

Bench Press Pause
305x1
305x1
305x1
305x0

Pullups
45x5
45x4
45x6

Barbell Curls
120x10
125x6

Pushups
BWx28

Notes: Only got about 2-3 hours of sleep and my right elbow and left bicep hurt while pressing. So I only did the main set of bench and did some little stuff, I will hopefully be better Friday for high rep bench.

It was an okay day, at least I hit a gym PR with bench so not all bad.

Kicking ass and being awesome on the benching before hand will make it a bit harder for those log presses. Maybe cycling the reps with 5s, 3s, and singles each week... or something like that?

You just went and done it lad. Next plane to West Virginia! Indiana in August is as close as I'll get. Consider yourself lucky

Nice work by the way
