Thanks, I like on my toes more but because of USAPL and USPF I have to go flat-footed.

Notes: Felt very strong today with pressing, savickas press just felt awesome.

Tried doing some full cleans, but kept missing the "catch". My actual clean is looking good, I'm just having problems opening my hand and resting it on my shoulders. The one I did catch wasn't on my shoulders and landed on toes. Need a lot of work there.

Was way to tired to clean 230, just had no power left.

Thanks Fazc, kindof its more of a go by feeling. I have 3 days a week that don't change, but if I start to feel tired then I only do 4 days and not 5 and combine the two keeping the most important lifts. I have only had to do that once, but for the most part I feel okay.

Notes: Felt alright today really wanted that second rep without the slight hitch with 535. I'm going to stay with that weight till I can do 4-5 reps.

Squats were a war today, the last two reps on the first set were both long grinders.

I don't know what got into me with the last sets of shrugs, I had done the first 20 reps in about 45 seconds and still had about 3 mins left on my song for the mp3 so just kept going in double and single format. I may have gotten to 50 if my song had been longer!
