Still having some problems figuring everything out so I will post some time later, but I do have some really good pictures. I just can't figure out how to share them.

Haven't been on for a few days, that would be because I missed 3 days of school last week for the WSM so 5 tests and a lot of homework later. This is also homecoming week so we are having a bonfire and the game so won't be able to post that much.

Haven't forgot about the pictures just didn't have time and might not till the weekend but will see.

9/25

Sprints

185x7
185x7
185x6

EZ Curl
75x15
75x15
75x15

Notes: Came into the Workout today feeling like crap, by the end of chinups I felt great a nailed 250 with ease. I also am liking the really high rep curls, they feel awsome but might take it down to two sets.

9/27
Deadlift
290x3
330x3
365x8
415x1
455x1 PR About 35 pound pr, first time ever over 415 without hitching.

Squats
230x20

Situps
35x12
35x12
35x12
35x12

Notes: Have never felt so good in my life, the first two sets of DL felt heavy but by the third set the weight flew up. I would have gone to 10 reps but I wanted to max out a bit, on 455 it flew off the floor but the last 4 or 5 inches were a grind. By the 15 squat my lower back was on fire, but so very worth it. I tried my first pre-workout drink because they gave them out at the WSM and I never felt so strong, had a bit of trouble going to sleep but a 455 DL...nuff said.

9/28
Sprints
same as the other one.

Farmers Walk
215 each hand for 100ft one trip

Notes: Squats felt really light execpt the 325 felt like a thousand pounds for the last few inches. Deadlifts felt really heavy today, and farmers felt heavy picking up but my grip felt really strong, and the last few feet of it my legs were hurting real bad.

Right now I'm only doing abs once a week with weighted situps. I was also doing sidebends on this day but I felt like I was doing it wrong, so I've been looking for something to replace it.

Bench Press
160x5
180x5
205x7
225x1
255x1

Chinup
45x8
45x7
45x6
45x6

CGBP
190x5
190x5
190x5
190x5
190x5

EZ Bar Curl
80x15
80x15

Notes: Felt really strong today, except I flared my arms really bad on the 255 bench.

10/4/11

Deadlift
270x5
310x5
345x10
365x1

Powerclean
165x3
165x3
165x3

Squat
240x20

Situp
35x13
35x13
35x13
35x13

Notes: Just felt run down and tired today, I was going to work up to a 415 deadlift but my legs felt like jelly. Squat felt real heavy execpt the last 3, my lower back was killing me. This just wasn't a good workout, I've been really busy at school lately so haven't been getting a whole lot of sleep. I think the lack of sleep and all the school work is draining me a bit.

10/5/11
50 Push ups
40 yard x 10

Notes: Just went throught the motions today to get home and do homework.
