20mins 2,000 jumps on the jump rope. I have never had such a calf pump in my life. Pretty easy could have done more but cutting back on cardio and putting all my focus into resting until the meet.

Thanks BtB, and I really don't know. It doesn't really hurt just really sore, it hurts the most as soon as I wake up then right after lifting. The rest of the day just stiff. I can't really say it is affecting my lifting that much, but wondering if it is slowing me down.

What is your current body weight? That 5/3/1 program is awesome. I wonder how it would work for cutting? Anyway, I see on your profile you have been lifting seriously for a year. I know some people that have been training for YEAR(S) and have never accomplished that, so pat yourself on the back.

Thanks MVP, I'm actually not on 5/3/1 anymore but it is great for cutting. Right now I'm around 200ish not 100% sure though.
