Might try that thanks swede! How do you measure the weight with that though? Or do you just go by feel?

Notes: 375 didn't feel light, but didn't feel heavy. So I knew if I did the last two sets with that there was no way I could hit a PR tonight, so just went for it after the first set. 405 was a grinder about half way up, but it got up. 385 for some reason felt heavier then 405, on my back and during the actual lift.

Each log press was very solid, very happy with these.

I finally hit 20 reps with 300, the sad thing was that I wasn't very happy. As soon I put the weight down I was thinking never again, I had to sit down for a few mins. Will change that up next week, maybe do 5x10.

Farmers walk was very easy tonight, no grip problems and was very fast.

Tonight made up for last week, also can now squat double BW!

Congrats on the bench PR last session, 295 is strong! Great squats too, double bodyweight is a big milestone, I'm chasing it right now. 300x20 is crazy too, I think I would pass out around 10 if I even made it there.

Everything is looking strong for the meet coming up!

Thanks OR I'm proud of myself for sticking it out. I really want to continue with 20 reps, but I really need a mental break from it. Also it feels good to part of our club!

Thanks J, I'm hoping I can see these kinds of lifts at the meet. Also trust me I wanted to pass out around rep 13.

You will nail double BW soon enough and then be on to bigger and better things!

30 mins of sprinting, I think tonight is the fastest I have ever gone. Kindof funny to do that the day after a squat PR.

I tried squatting 2X BW this week and couldn't make depth on it, so I know how tough it really is. Really superb lifting once again Mab. A4PPS squat is a humungous milestone, as is that 300lb 20 repper. Pretty rare air you lift in all around.

It was crazy how fast I could sprint after 3 years of squatting.

Amazing stuff, MAB! You're killing it.

Not surprised sprinting was easy. You're quads are used to pushing 300 pounds around, so bodyweight must feel like a feather!

Goodness me, you continue to make new ground and destroy old PRs. 300x20 is insane, looking forward to getting 300x1 one day
And congrats on a 400 pound squat. You're almost at 500 for deads and 300 for bench as well I think. Let the journey to master and then elite begin!
