I'm going to give it a go next week BtB, see how that goes might make cleaning easier after deadlifting a much heavier weight.

And yes that would be the name, I don't know why but I like it.

Notes: Was feeling great coming in today, deadlifting felt light and back feels fantastic. Could have done a another few sets with deadlift and been fine, but remembered I still had rackpulls so saved them for that.

Went With chaos & pain type setup for andersons since I remembered last week having hip pains with more then one rep on these. Seems to have worked really well, kindof weird that on axle C&P I failed on the 3rd rep then the same thing on andersons.

Forgot to do the advice Mike told me about, will definitely try friday.

My pro-monster minis came in today, really can't wait to try them. They are the short bands, and should get 90 pounds at the top on both sides. I think it also said around 35 on my chest can't remember.

I will, I'm thinking working up to a heavy set up 3. I will see Thursday though and go from there.
