Also I forgot to note that I broke my second bar today(not that heavy of weight just really cheap bars), so I think im going to spend a little and buy a new one. If anyone has any recommedations feel free to post. Im just looking for a basic 7ft 45 pound bar.

Notes: Deadlifts were feeling really light, until about the 4th rep and i hear something crack in my lower back and it starts to hurt. So like an idiot I do two more reps, squats are actually starting to feel heavy around the 18th rep.

haha Breaking a bar makes you feel really cool... until you remember now I have to buy a new one.

Notes: Log Press felt real easy, but by the time I got to the axel press any pressing movement felt really heavy. Barbell curl felt really heavy today because im starting to do strict curls with as little body english as possible. Over all just a good workout today.

Thanks! The problem is it took me awhile to learn how to clean the log, so I can press a lot more but I really can't clean that much.

Notes: Squats always feel heavy, when ever I start going over 250 my depth always go around borderline. Everything else though felt really light, last week sumos felt like a grind but this week the flew up. My grip on farmers is feeling strong, I think they might be one of my favorite lifts.
