All I can say is tht you're hitting crazy numbers here and you'll crush that meet in two months. Will be interesting to see what you can do for singles.

Feeling light headed on and off here to. Wife as well.

Hoping for something in the low to mid 500s at the meet. I at least want to hit 500 after missing it at my last meet.

Thanks BtB, its been hard to stay focused lately and have been having a few headaches.

It was nice to work with reps again, have been missing them a bit.

Really didn't feel like doing anything today but went out and did about 30 mins of sprinting.

Notes: Last night was the first time since Sunday to get more then 5 1/2 hours of sleep (got about 8). So I expected to feel really good tonight and just smash everything, well by the time I worked up to 275 I realized there is no way.

Was really happy with TnG though, got exactly what I wanted tonight.

Form on rows is a lot better, still rounding back though trying to correct that. I almost never bring by wrist up anymore so pretty happy there.

Dips felt crazy light tonight and got some great pumps from it.
