Wow 405 for 20 reps is just insane! 10 reps with that or just about any weight with deadlifts makes me want to take a nap afterwards...can't even imagine 20. What's your 1RM on those?

You can just use a barbell for rollouts, no need to make an Ab wheel.

Hey, found my wrist wrap the other day! It was in the bag I swear I looked in like 25 times. I blame one of the kids for messing with my mind!

Onwards to 1400 Buddy! Probably be 1500 by the time you start shaving. HaHa!

Thank you jay, my highest pull ever is 600 in a meet. But I did pull 585 for two reps not too long ago.

Thanks for the advice on the ab wheel, will try that when I get back from the Arnold.

Haha, that actually makes me laugh about the wrist wrap. Because I looked in everything I brought home and didn't see any sign of it.

1500 will fall at the next meet! And trust me, I've shaving since 6th grade.
