Notes: Everything went really well today. My incline bench just exploded today, last week I didn't even get 4 sets of 8 with 205 yet this week 11 reps after three sets with 5 more pounds.

I need some more cardio, the log C&P was pretty pathetic. I had the strength but was out of breath by rep 4.
