Never competed raw so im not sure what my total would be. My last total was 1680 in lose gear. Now im alot stronger and have gotten tight gear.

Great job on the video Byrd!!! The date was 8-11-11 not 7-11-11 so it was yesterdays workout for anyone watching the video only one minor typo lol. Looking forward to you getting healthy Byrd and training heavy again. I guarntee you will love these band workouts if nething it is a huge confidence booster lol.

Thanks!! Glad you like the video I gvie Byrd all the credit!! yeah training partners are key to sucess i believe. Jbyrd and I have trained together since 1998. The other guys since around 2000 on and off. Two of the guys got us into powerlifting and have really taught us alot.
