me and byrd plan on doing a meet next month. we both always compete in the same meets unless one of us are hurt. It is a push pull meet in VA. Im going to bench and dead and i think JB will just bench due to the hamstring injury. My goal is to bench at least 500 and pull in the 700 to 725.

thanks i was only 202lbs that day too. At the next meet i should pull 700 no problem
