Skull Crushers
10 @ 20 lb
10 @ 20 lb
8 @ 20 lb
7 @ 20 lb
5 @ 25 lb

2 arm seated dumbbell extension
10 @ 20 lb
6 @ 25 lb
5 @ 25 lb

Barbell Curls
10 @ 25 lb
8 @ 25 lb
6 @ 25 lb

Alternating dumbbell curls
10 @ 20 lb
10 @ 20 lb
10 @ 20 lb

Had a previous injury on my right wrist so instead of going all out im going to start light and work my way up so my wrist gets used to the lifting.

Abs today didn't really record today's ab workout cause its a bw circuit. Hiit for 20 min on a full incline, calves felt the burn. Back tomorrow

well im going to have to stop my workout because i started taking mma classes here http://www.doggpoundmma.com/mma_training_Schedule.asp and my strength an condition coach is making me a workout and i will have that workout when i go to class tomorrow.
