Zercher carry
1- 5 meters @ 55 lb
2- 5 meters @ 60 lb- pb


Dumbbell push press
1- 10 @ 50 lb

Farmers walk
1- 5 meters @ 80 lb
2- 5 meters @ 85 lb- pb

Deadlifts
