Notes: So, some guy had the rack tied up to do some oly lifts, lame. So, instead of regular squats I tried something new and did some overhead squats, yes I purposely did an “oly lift” on the floor to show him that the rack is not necessary for a clean n’ jerk. I had no idea how much of a full body lift that is, on par with deadlifting! Every upper body muscle is involved in stabilizing the bar, and every lower body muscle is used to keep you from falling on your ass or face. Also, had to drop the frame carry and instead did a farmers’ with dumbbells, not enough room to go running around with a trap bar. Fun and tough session.

Notes: I am certainly feeling the "deep ache" in the abs that the Sipes' ab routine says should be felt daily. This session was a bitch, I am looking forward to my weights session tonight!
