Well Gents, I missed todays workout, as I am still recovering from the stomach flu.
So, unfortunately, I think that's about it for this round of Madcow. I could fudge with the schedule and try to make things work, but I only intended on running this into early december. It just seems like a lot of work for only a handful more of weeks.
So, due to the circumstances, I'm going to rest the remainder of the weekend, regain my appetite and strength and change up the routine for the holiday season.
Thank you for all the support from you guys while I have been on the program. I really appreciate it.
A week ago I posted the progress I've made thus far and I think the numbers speak for themselves. But aside from the strength gains I've also built on more muscle mass. I want to stress to anyone thinking about running this program, while it may be a "strength routine" both times I have ran it I have experienced muscle gains.
So, all in all it's been a great experience, thanks again to everyone for the support.
I'll probably be moving into an H/L/M or a A/B style workout, not 100% sure right now. But whatever I do, I'll be sure to log it. I'm already working on thinking of a creative log name......

That is something to consider. I've scene that as well, but have never used it. I will consider ordering some maybe to try out and just keep in the gym bag. Thanks
