Notes:
For the bench press I set the pins just a couple of inches off the chest. That only lets my upper arms go down even with my body. Limiting the range of motion and having to start the weight from a dead-stop seems to not bother my shoulder.
I have been doing floor presses in the rack for the same reason. I now look forward to pressing.

Sorry I haven't been in here much lately. I've been dealing with the shoulder injury and that has me a little bummed-out right now. I am trying to figure out a plan and I'll be back to training very soon. I did a Juggs squat session on Wednesday, but only did the required reps because my motivation was low. Poor excuse I know. But I'll be back to journals soon and catch up with what everybody is doing.
