Default 9/12/2011 Log press and stuff

Got to one of my other job locations today. My 12 inch log was there so I played with that. The only downside is that the building there is open, buto nly about 80% complete. The weight room has all the cardio stuff, but missing most of the free weights. I had to use straight sets today.

Log press:
emptyxbunch
180X5X5

Preacher DB Hammer Curls:
25X3X12

Bike-10 minutes at a decent pace with no added resistance.

Notes: I completely spaced off doing incline tonight. I was also not able to do facepulls. I will do facepulls tomorrow and hit up incline next week. I want to add in some bw push ups to this day as well.

So I jacked up my spreadsheets between the two computers I work on and the workout I printed had numbers still turned down a little. Oh well I have it fixed now.

Deadlifts:

*Last set should have been >3X360

Front Squat:
140X5X5

Chins:
BWX3X4 (PR)

Close Grip Lat Pulldowns:
100X2X10

Exercise Bike:
10 minutes at a moderate pace, 5 resistance

Notes: Not a bad workout considering it was screwed from the beginning.

Notes: I ended up decided at the last minute to hit the gym. Ended up doing more work than I intended to do, but whatever. My hips are very worn out right now, which is a good thing as I could use all the hip work possible to assist in my knee healing.
