Notes: I am finally getting used to eating Paleo. I feel so much better today. I worked about an hour and a half away from my normal site so I didnt get to the gym until almost 6 pm. I ended going 5 hours without food prior to my workout. This caused me to feel really crappy, but I pushed through it. Fatigue really showed on my DB pressing. I figured I would hit the 90's for 8 or so but they felt crazy heavy.

Finally got a chance to dump the pics off my camera from Saturday's contest. I need to buy a new camera as my wiffe just informed me that ours no longer takes video correctly. I am going to get one of those flip cameras like BTB has.

Sorry if you've already harped on it, but what were your numbers for the frame and yoke walk?

Frame was 600 and yoke was 650. Both where crazy heavy. I know it looks silly to be the small guy at 265. I was the smallest guy in my weight class by almost 100 pounds. This is why I need to drop to 231.

Great pics! Paleo gets easier after the first few weeks. I've been hitting it in one form or another for the last 2.5 years and its turned my life around.

Good luck on the cut, I feel you on the weight class. My first comp I weight in at 256 in street clothes. Its hard to compete with the 325+ pounders.

Today was a shitty day. I forgot my breakfast at home. I got called to a meeting as soon as I had lunch cooked. I got tasked to drive an hour away and do some stuff so I grabbed a shake and hit the road. I got done what was required and hit the gym whilst starving and feeling very shitty.

Refeed FTW!!!! I am going to hit up some DB Pressing tomorrow and a touch of cardio. I spent all morning cleaning my house and all afternoon doing yardwork. I watched some pigskin during break times. I plan on capping off my refeed with some pizza and a few brews for lunch tomorrow.
